This lovely, recently restyled and detached villa is suitable for 8 persons and is perfectly situated in the “Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad holiday park”, close to the town sports center, close to the restaurant of the park, and close to the town center with many more restaurants, bars and shops – and yet its location is calm.
The bright living room is equipped with a seating area and underfloor heating. The terrace with a patio heater, a lovely garden and garden furniture can be accessed via the double doors. There are also 2 sun loungers in the accommodation, which will make your stay even more enjoyable under fine weather conditions.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a combi-microwave, a fridge-freezer and a full coffee experience: filter coffee, coffee pad and coffee capsule machines. You prefer tea? No problem, there is also a water boiler. There are 4 bedrooms in total, each with 2 single beds. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. The house has 2 bathrooms. 1 bathroom is located downstairs. The infrared sauna can be used in the upstairs bathroom.
Downstairs this villa is equipped for persons with restricted mobility. The doors are extra-wide and the house has no thresholds, except at the entrance to the house, where there is a small threshold. The bathroom on the ground floor has a toilet with grab rails, a walk-in shower and a washbasin with adjustable mirror. Please note that the space between the toilet and the washbasin is very limited. Disabled persons need the help of another non-disabled person to access some objects, like dishes and glasses in the cupboards.
A washing machine and a dryer machine will make your stay even more comfortable as you can reduce the amount of clothes in your luggage. In addition to the 8 persons, a toddler can also be accommodated in this villa, but no equipment is provided (no toddler bed, and no toddler chair). Pets are welcome.
